The OBDStar RH850/V850 Adapter Kit is a professional adapter kit designed for working with modern control units that use RH850/V850 processors. It allows you to reset airbag units, read immobilizer data and PIN codes from instrument panels, BCM units, electronic steering locks (ELV), and other automotive modules. The retrieved data is not encrypted, so it can also be further processed using compatible third-party devices. A compatible OBDSTAR device is required for use.

Supported Functions

• Reading, writing, and repairing data from control units with RH850/V850 processors.
• Resetting and clearing crash data from SRS airbag control units.
• Reading immobilizer data and security PIN codes.
• Working with instrument clusters, BCM modules, ELV electronic steering locks, ECMs, and TCMs.
• Reading unencrypted data usable in compatible third-party devices.
• Key programming for VAG Group vehicles with MQB 5A systems.
• Calculation of synchronization data in the event of “All Keys Lost.”
• Built-in MQB calculator with calculations via the OBDSTAR server without the need for paid tokens.
• Programming Ford and Lincoln keys from 2021 onward with RH850 BCM units, including “All Keys Lost” scenarios.
• Programming Nissan keys from 2021 onward and Renault keys from 2019 onward with RH850 HFM units, including “All Keys Lost” scenarios.
• Support for selected TCM transmission control modules, such as AQ250, DQ200, DQ250, DQ380, DQ381, DQ400, and DQ500.
• Reading, writing, and unlocking supported Bosch MG1 and MD1 control units.

• OBDSTAR X300 Classic G3 / KEYMASTER G3 – both Basic IMMO and Full versions.
• OBDSTAR DC706.
• OBDSTAR ECU MASTER.
• OBDSTAR X300 PRO4 / KEY MASTER 5 – requires the MP001 multifunction programmer.
• OBDSTAR P50 – the MP001 programmer is required for selected airbag module reset functions.

The availability of individual functions depends on the OBDSTAR device used, its activated licenses, software version, and the specific type of control unit.
