TPMS device for programming cgsulit brand sensors.

Detailed information

Product detailed description

TPMS90 is a device for programming and initializing cgsulit TPMS sensors, which you can purchase here. It is a perfect replacement for original TPMS sensors in OEM quality.

Become a TPMS specialist

We work with TPMS sensors ourselves. We have prepared instructions and videos for you, which are available free of charge and thanks to which anyone can master the programming and initialization of sensors - all information can be found clearly in one place.

If you still need help after watching the tutorials or are interested in an individual offer, feel free to contact us, and we will advise you by email, phone, or in person.

Sensor programming

Programming valves is not rocket science. The TPMS90 device will show you how to perform programming and subsequent initialization. There are 4 ways:

  1. Copying via OBD-II – reading the ID from the control unit and then programming it into the new sensors
  2. Copying by activation – reading the ID from the original sensors and then programming it into the new ones
  3. Manual creation – manually entering the ID into the new sensors
  4. Automatic creation of 1–16 sensors with new IDs

While for many cars it is sufficient to create new IDs using method 4, for some cars it is necessary to duplicate the original IDs using methods 1, 2, or 3.

Sensor initialization

After programming the sensors for the correct car, initialization is required for the car to read the sensors. Again, most vehicles have this process fully automated, and the sensors are read after driving a few kilometers. However, some cars require manual initialization. You can find out the appropriate method directly in the TPMS90 device.

  • Automatic initialization - takes place automatically after approximately 10 km of driving.
  • Initialization via OBD – ID is written to the control unit using the TPMS90 device.
  • Stationary initialization – the vehicle must be switched to initialization mode using the TPMS90 device or the vehicle's infotainment system.

Additional functions

  • Reading sensor status information
  • Complete TPMS system test (reading errors, clearing warning lights, detecting faulty sensors)
  • Universal compatibility with over 99% of vehicles until 2026
  • Updates via USB
